My holiday project I am sharing with you today is this elegant Valentine card!

Here’s what materials you will need and step by step instructions of how I made it.

* Cardstock – white, red
* Red ribbon
* Embossing folders – ENTANGLE, HEARTS
* Alcohol Markers – 3 greens, yellow
* Red ink
* Diamontee
* ScanNcut machine from Brother
* Kindy Glitter

1. Cut white card – 7″ X 5 1/2″ and  emboss front of card with ENTANGLE embossing folder.
2. Using BA-A069 (hearts from ScanNcut booklet) cut 2 white Cardstock 110mmX 110mm, 115 mmX 115mm. Cut 2 red Cardstock – 120mm X 120 mm, 125mm X 125 mm.
3. Using the smallest white heart, emboss using the heart folder. Color the hearts with red ink.
4. With double sided tape, adhere each heart together in order of size – alternating colours. Make sure embossed one is in front.
5. With ScanNcut machine, cut a heart border (BO – A011) 140mm X 20 mm in red cardstock. Glue to bottom of white card (where there is no embossing), starting at lower right hand side of card
6. Using double sided tape, adhere the 4 hearts to card, just off centre – toward right side – above heart border.
7. From white cardstock, cut 5 different sizes of flower AR-A019 (each one 5mm smaller than the previous on) – enough for 3 flowers.

TO ASSEMBLE FLOWERS – with each flower, cut a slit down side of each petal and fold middle of petal. (Do this to each flower.) Glue each smaller one inside larger to form a flower cluster. Color the small dot yellow and glue in the middle of the flower cluster.
From white Cardstock cut 6 AR-A024 leaves. Color and shade with the green markers. Glue 2 each to a flower cluster.
Glue 2 flower clusters to right side of hearts and glue the other flower to lower left hand side of card (where the end of the heart border is.)
From red cardstock cut HAPPY VALENTINES DAY from ABC writing in ScanNcut booklet 120mm. Glue to left side of card.
Make red bow from ribbon. Glue to center top of hearts. Attach diamontee to middle of bow.
